The Challenge

The flood impact rendered the entire central HVAC system non-operational. The facility, which houses global IT firms, corporate offices, and high-density workspaces, required rapid restoration of cooling to maintain operational standards and prevent disruption to international business functions.

Modern Hiring Service deployed approximately 2,000 TR of rental cooling capacity through the installation of 10 × 200 TR air-cooled chillers.

The scope extended far beyond equipment supply. The team executed nearly 6 kilometers of chilled water piping, carried out complete hydraulic integration, performed erection and commissioning, and established 24/7 operational support.

Despite the critical and time-sensitive nature of the situation, the entire project was executed in a structured and professional manner, ensuring seamless restoration of comfort cooling across the facility.

Operational Performance

The temporary cooling solution remained operational for approximately 16 months, providing uninterrupted performance throughout the restoration and stabilization period.

Throughout the contract duration, the system operated reliably under continuous load conditions, maintaining stable indoor temperatures required for corporate operations and global tenant commitments.
